Ashtanga Yoga:

For those who want a serious workout!!!

Ashtaga-Vinyasa yoga is a fast moving, dynamic style of yoga. The postures
follow a set sequence with a continuous flow of movement - all guided by the
breath. The Primary series is designed to detox the body, takes 90 minutes
and is also a demanding workout.

The beginners classes are designed to help build up fitness levels and strength
in order to progress to the continuation level.

There is an intense build up of heat in the body which cleanses and purifies the system.
It also strengthens and tones the body, increases flexibility, and helps concentration.
