Post Natal Yoga
These are small classes held in a private studio in Foxrock. As classes
are small
individuals receives a lot of attention.
These classes, for Mums and babies, help Mums get back to their physical
strength and also help develop the bond between Mum and baby. The
classes focus mainly on breath
awareness, re-building your fitness, strengthening the pelvic floors
and pelvic muscles, getting your bums and tums back in shape, posture
alignment, relaxation as well as keeping the body toned.
