1) Where is Rathmichael National School?
Coming along the N11 out of town drive as far as Loughlinstown Roundabout (just before the Motorway starts) and take the first left for Shankill. Continue driving until you see a petrol station on the right, turn right immediately before the petrol station and the school gates are on the right.

2) Where is St Colmcille's School?
The school is opposite Tesco's in Ballybrack.  When you go down the road opposite Tesco's the school is on your left, please go in the first small gate, it is before you get to the car park where the main entrance is.

3) What should I wear?
You should wear loose comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

4) What should I bring?
For hygiene reasons you will need to get your own mat for the ashtanga yoga classes. I have spare mats available for the first few classes and I can recommend where to buy mats. Please be careful to get a non-slip mat if you are buying one before the first class. You should also bring a towel along.

5) Is pregnancy yoga safe for beginners?
All the pregnancy yoga classes are very soft and gentle so you do not need any yoga experience to join in.

6) At what stage of my pregnancy should I start yoga classes?
Most people start yoga classes from 12-15 weeks. The earlier you start the classes the more your body will benefit. People as far on as 41 weeks have attended however if you have not done yoga before you should try and start before you are 35 weeks.

7) What methods of payment are accepted?
Cash or cheque – there are no credit card facilities.
